The girl from the first video went for a plastic  surgery - that is why it is a different girl in the second video. In the end the girl from the first video was driving the car because the guy sees her instead of her new face.

Sniff, sniff..... So sad...

#1 finds it completely baffling that I can cry over a music video.
He thought I was watching a drama instead of a MV. Shakes his head and said MV is suppose to make one happy not sad. They should make this to a drama .....
